We had an excellent stay at this condo. Very clean and the owners were very helpful in any questions we had. A 5-10 minute walk to Downtown Disney was easy and safe. We had 7 people in this place for 7 days and we never felt crowded. We would stay here again and will let our friends and family know about it as well.
We stayed there for a week, and truly enjoyed our experience. We walked to Disneyland it was so close. The garage was perfect to keep our car rental safe. The condo had everything you could possibly need and more, we didn't cook but if we did we wouldn't have been missing a utensil or pot. The pool and playground were close by. We will definetly use this condo again in the future!! We had 4 people and the condo slept enough for the Brady Bunch Family!!! Happy Vacation!

Appliances are new and functional, condo is very comfortable and decorated for fun.. Only negative is that you are so close to the park that the nightly fireworks rattle the windows, but the on the positive side you can see them from the patio! Will definitely be returning on our next trip to the magic kingdom!

My husband and I shared this rental with my daughter, husband and two grandchildren. It was nicely set up for this arrangement and attention was given to things for the children to play with. It was an easy 10-15 minute walk through Downtown Disney to the park gates and convenient to shopping and other amenities if you have a car.. Overall our stay was wonderful, trouble free. It was nice to be close to the parks and to be able to take a break mid-day for the kids. Highly recommend this property as long as continued attention is given to the up-keep. Our family recently stayed for a week vacation and couldn't have received better attention! The accomodations were excellent and better than we had hoped for. Nancy provided all the amenities and greeted us with a phone call to ensure our safe arrival. The townhouse was well appointed and was an excellent location for our 5 day visit to Disneyland. Everything was provided...all we had to do was a bit of grocery shopping. The beds were large and comfortable and there was ample storage space for clothes etc. Nancy even thought of providing a stroller for the children. It was a safe and short 5 minute walk to the Disneyland tram that deposited us to the gates of both parks. The pools located at the complex were beautiful and the playground was well cared for by the strata. We arrived via LAX and took the Disneyland Express shuttle which dropped us off at the Disneyland Hotel which was then a 10 minute walk to the the townhouse. Walmart, Target and grocery stores are a short drive away...too far to walk so having a car or use of a taxi for the first few days is necessary. We have and will continue to recommend this accommodation to all of our friends and plan to stay again in the future.
Maureen JThe condo was excellent. It comfortably house our family of 7 and is an easy 5 minute walk to the Disney tram station or 15 minutes to the front gate. The condo was very clean and everything worked well. There were a couple of lightbulbs out, but the managers got them replaced the same day. The pool area was very close, and coupled with the private outdoor patio area of the condo provided great relaxation. There is a corner grocery store and several small shops within a 15 minute walk. Our van from the airport stopped by the grocery store which allowed us to stock up without having to rent a car. The savings over eating out were huge! We would happily and gladly recommend this to anyone! We can't wait to go again.
Recently spent a week at this condo. We loved how incredibly close it is to Disney parks and Downtown Disney--just a very short walk across a street and up a few blocks. Made it easy to get to the parks and return if we wanted to later. The condo comes with everything you will need for a great stay--very nicely furnished and was great to have a full kitchen to cook meals. The pool was cold (it was March, after all), but the hot-tub was wonderful after walking at the parks. The owners were helpful in calling when we arrived, and also to check on us during our stay. They clearly care that their guests are satisfied. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Disneyland and Southern California!

Brett CThe Condo was great and also very clean and tidy. We travelled with 3 children aged 11 to 14 and Grandparents. Total 7 people. We walked to Disney each day which took approx 15 minutes going via Down Town Disney. We cooked most days which was easy and made the stay cheaper by not eating out all the time. Nancy and Rick made you feel like you where at home and could not do enough for you. The booking was made so easy by Nancy as all information you ever could need was emailed prior to arrival. We did not use the pool as was not that hot but looked so good. The grounds around the Condo are well looked after. Our hosts were very gracious and showed us around the home and showed us all the amenities the property had to offer. The only thing that was not great was the sofa in the front room, it is not a great place to sleep or sit. The sofa is pretty worn as is the mattress. Other than that we would surely stay here again!

They called to welcome us the first night and the last day to make sure everything was good. definitely will stay here again! easy parking with lots of guest spaces close if there is more than one car. great patio space. quite complex, very nicely up kept.

The three pools were great and very relaxing after the hectic pace of the parks. We never took the trams, walking was easier. Short drive to the grocery stores. Unit was fully stocked with all amenities, including utensils, appliances, soaps, shampoos, BBQ's, etc. Great swimming pool and hot tub complex with security guard. Parking included. Close to WalMart, Costco & Target for supplies. Restaurants close by in Downtown Disney, Anaheim Garden Walk & adjacent areas. Nancy & Rick and staff were most helpful answering any questions. Could watch nightly Disneyland fireworks from patio. Would have no hesitation recommending these units to a relative or friend. Would certainly re-book for a future trip!
HOME AWAY FROM HOMEThis place was our favorite place to stay. It was clean, nicely decorated, kitchen had everything we wanted, most important it was just 10 minute walk to down town Disneyland. We came home for lunch every day, took our nap and walk back to the park. Thanks again
My small nonprofit had our retreat in Anaheim and stayed here. The place was perfect. Clean, well kept, and so close to Disney. I have both a family and a friend trip to Disneyland that I'm planning now and we hope to use this rental for each trip.

On to the property itself - the location is wonderful, just next to the parking of Downtown Disney so if you want to walk to Disneyland or California Adventure it'll just take you about 15 to 20 minutes. The rooms were nice, kitchen fully equipped and easily accessible. Kids loved the fact that they could watch the fireworks display every night from their windows, and the brochures helped us plan for excursions outside Disneyland. The owners made it a very simple process to rent. Place was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Very close to Disneyland ... about a 5 minute walk to the tram. Stores such as Target and Walmart are easy to find and only about a 5 minute drive. Didn't get to try out the pool or hot tub due to all our time was spent at Disneyland. Hope to be able to book again when we come down!!
This is the second time we have stayed in this house. Bar none, the best location for any Disney condo. You can watch the fireworks from the windows. Walk to the tram lot or directly to the park. The house itself is well furnished and comfortable, and always clean. They even provide laundry soap and umbrella strollers. Staying in a condo where you can buy your own food is a much better option than staying in a hotel and being subject to whatever continental breakfast is on hand. We will most likely be staying there again next time we go to the park, and we recommend others to do the same.
Mycah F.This condo worked out great for our family, including 2 adult daughters & grandsons (ages 4 & 2). We stayed 4 nights in mid-June. It was an easy walk across the street to catch the Disney tram to the Disneyland/CA Adventure parks. There were ample beds for sleeping (queens in master, 2nd bedroom, & a bunkbed in 3rd bedroom--additionally, a comfortable sofabed downstairs in the living room could be used. All bedrooms are upstairs, along with 2 full baths, & a half bath downstairs. The pictures show the condo perfectly--thanks for posting so many. The kitchen had everything--including a booster seat & kid-safe dishes & cups. The furnishings were quite new & very tasteful. We have rented vacation condos/houses many times previously, & all dealings with these owners were very professional. They were very patient with my numerous emails (& a couple of calls) & responded promptly every time. Having worked in the property management field, I am very cautious with vacation rentals; the rental process was very smooth. We will definitely recommend your vacation rentals to friends & family & will be back again ourselves. Thanks to all of you!

The size of it was just right for us and we just walked down to the Disney tram that was located across the road. The kitchen was reasonably stocked and Ted was available even at midnight to answer our queries. I will definitely come back here.
Raji S.We spent a weekend here and our group consisted of 4 adults, a 17 year old, 4 year old and 1 year old. The condo was spacious, well laid out and exceptionally clean. The 4 year old is on chemotherapy for leukemia so cleanliness was very important to us. The 2 ½ baths accommodate a large group quite well. The pictures are very accurate. It was very easy to walk to downtown Disney and the parks. The Disneyland hotel was a 5 minute walk from the condo. Ted checked in with us during our stay and was very helpful to us. When we were not at Disneyland, we enjoyed the children’s play area and the 3 pools. My husband was able to swim laps in the large pool. We will definitely come and stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Kathy HMe, my wife, our 2 boys (ages 5 and 3) and my mom stayed here in March and LOVED it! Lots of places say they're right across the street from Disneyland, but this specific condo probably is THE closest. Literally straight out your window is the road that leads to Downtown Disney and the park itself, you can't get any closer. We made the walk and caught the shuttle to the park entrance, and my wife and I also walked to Downtown Disney for date night, it was great. You could stay here several days and not really need a car. You have a great view of the fireworks from the patio, too. This condo was very comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. It was especially handy when our son got sick early one morning, because it was just like being at home. We pulled out the sofa bed and threw the sheets and his favorite pillow into the laundry so it was all clean by morning. That situation would have been an absolute nightmare in a hotel room, but it was fine with all the comforts of home and extra space to use. The complex is quiet and safe, we felt totally safe walking to and from Disneyland, with and without the kids. Because our son was sick, we skipped a planned 2nd day at Disneyland and stayed at the condo all day. The boys loved the pool and the spa (it was a little cold to swim), and they spent hours on the playground. That was much cheaper than another day at Disneyland, and they still had lots of fun. The owners are great! They answered any questions before our stay (Rick, thanks again for the faster route to Staples Center!) and called while we were there to be sure everything was going well. They had good recommendations of places to eat nearby, as well as a liquor store up the street that has a GREAT selection of local craft beers. There are grocery stores and a Target not far, as well. I can't say enough good things about this condo and the owners, they made our kids' first trip to Disneyland truly memorable! Thanks Ted, Amy, Rick and Nancy!

Anthony KWe made the short drive and parked the first day because of strollers and kids, until some of our party walked back and we realized how fast and easy it was to get to the tram. There are many people walking to the Disneyland tram from around the area. The condo had cook and eat ware, spices, baggies, trash bags and even a grill with briquettes. It even had a crock pot, so after a quick trip to nearby supermarkets, we left for a day at Disneyland and came back to a meal ready to eat. There were plenty of towels and bedding and we were quite happy with a accomodations, although I don't recommend using the sofa bed without bringing an air mattress. It was very uncomfortable, but will be fine with a quality air mattress. It had two completely enclosed patios which were great for the small kids to run around outside.

The condo was just remodeled and looked just like the pictures on the Internet. We were driving home when my husband remembered he left an expensive watch back at the condo. We called and spoke to Nancy and I am glad to report the watch is in the mail as I write this review. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone. Shelly R.This was a perfect fit for our family of 8. It is about 3/4 mile walk from the tram station at the Mickey and Friends parking garage. We ate breakfast every morning outside on the porch. Having a washer and dryer in the house was a great plus for us so we didn't have a mountain of laundry when our vacation was over. I would recommend this property to anyone except for the weeks we want to stay at it again.

It was about a 5 minute walk to the free trams, which was super convenient and it made it easy to come back and forth during the day when the kids needed a nap. Downtown Disney is also close, but you can drive and park for free when your feet have had enough! The condo was clean and well maintained and the owner was responsive and called to check in on us as soon as we arrived and at check out as well. They put together a great binder with lots of information on the condo and the area. It is great to have all the comforts of home, especially with young kids, when hotel stays are not ideal. The pool and playground were really nice to have when we needed a break from the parks. I would definitely stay here again. Also, for those with little ones, in addition to bunk beds there is a trundle underneath.
Lauren N.First of all, the condo we were given was not the condo pictured here. Nonetheless, the condo was remodeled and decorated with Disney theme. There were snacks and water in the fridge and a few kids toys for our 5 year old granddaughter. This was a very nice touch. We were able to check in a half hour early. The unit was clean and well stocked with needed items, towels, toiletries, extra pillows, sheets, etc. It was great to have a washer and dryer. As I mentioned, the unit we were given is not the same unit in these pictures. We did not have a fireplace, the decor, furniture, everything was different but still nice. The garage was great. We had a full size, extra long suv that fit but it was too snug to get in and out of while parked. We simply unloaded and loaded before parking. There were a few light bulbs that were burnt out and it seemed small to complain about so I did not. I would absolutely stay here again. The property manager was very nice and accommodating to our request to check in a little early. If you are looking for a great place to stay close to Disneyland, this is the best place to be. I would have liked a disclaimer that there are multiple units and the unit we might receive may be different than pictured but would be similar in style, location, etc.
Brenda CWe loved this property. We had 6 adults and 3 little kids in our group. There was plenty of room in the apartment for us, but let's be honest, most of our time was spent over at the parks. The actual apartment that we stayed in was a slightly different layout and decor from what was pictured (and there weren't fireworks views from the patio...we could see them if we walked outside a little ways), but it was decorated in a similar manner, clean and well-furnished. Plus, this unit was right next to the pool and children's playground, which was perfect for our group. They were very thorough in the instructions they sent out prior to our stay, and we easily found the property and checkin was very smooth. They were prompt in returning communications, and were great to work with. We chose to walk to the park (because we weren't going to get enough walking during our days there...) and it was great. It was maybe a 10-15 minute walk through Downtown Disney to the park gates (depending on how fast we walked), but there is also a tram at one of the parking structures that you could take to cut down on the distance. Overall, the location was perfect, the condo was well-furnished, clean and fit our crowd, and the team was very responsive before and during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.
I can't wait to go back. This was hands down one of the best family VRBO sites that I have ever stayed at. The location is so close to Downtown Disney that we could walk back and forth at our own leisure - kids and grandparents. We were able to keep our costs down for food with the kitchen to prepare meals in and enjoy the fireworks from our windows. The landlords were pleasant and accommodating and available if/when needed. I would and have recommended this unit to all my friends in Victoria, BC. This is a family must - an affordable, quiet and perfect retreat for the 8 of us.

Tiffany BLocation is everything and this rental was just a short walk away from tram that takes you to the main gates. My only criticism would be that the kids room should have darker drapes/blinds to help the kids sleep later in order to help out the parents get the most from their vacation as well. Would that deter me from staying here...nope...great location, nicely updated, great Disney theme everywhere...our daughter loved it and helped make her first trip to Disneyland truly wonderful. One can see the fireworks at night...some trees across the street block some of the lower fireworks, but still; it was great to be able to see the show just by looking out a bedroom window (again, made the trip even more memorable for my 5 year old)...I would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone. Just hope its available for our next visit.

Townhouse condo is fun with all Disney characters theme throughout the house. Owners were great. Called me day of to make sure we had gotten there okay and was able to open the key-code front door. Also called me to make sure our stay was good as follow-up and courtesy. Owners were great to us! Nice and clean and decorated place to stay. Bright open space plenty of natural lighting coming thru living and dining kitchen areas. Full kitchen plenty of space. On our trip we had total 2 families stay, my own family another close friend brought his family of 4 along. Kids are welcome here! There are many bathrooms throughout the house. Great for kids. We had both 5 and 7 year old take over the bunk beds brother and sister able to do their own thing. Even have their own TV/DVD and equipped with Playstation came with the house. Games and movies included and the 7yr old boy had his own little kingdom. Kids got their space, parents had theirs downstairs. After long days of park hopping, walking distance to and from Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Minutes only. Excellent. The parking accommodated 2 cars at the condo, just let owners know ahead of time for the 2nd car, theres a small charge after the one car. Still beats the Disneyland parking charges $12/hour! YIKES! Lucky we opted to park at condo and just walk, so easy a 1year old can do it (my daughter just started walking) Safe too! There's tons of other families out walking out and about in this entire area. (at night please watch out for cars I recommend even bringing a small flash-light) Kind of like when you go trick-or-treating with kids. Last words: BOOK THIS PLACE. You won't regret your stay.
Kaochio S.What a brilliant location! Parking right outside and straight across the road to the Disney complex. Like others we walked each time to Disney and started off with the trams which are only 5 minutes away. The hassle of putting down the stroller each time for our 5 month old to board the tram quickly became annoying so we were happy to walk a further 10 minutes through Downtown Disney to the main gate. The area feels very friendly and safe, which we have experienced issues with in the past when visiting LA and not knowing the area. The area is residential and there are no homeless people. I say this as we spoke to another family who ere advised to stay in Anaheim but they were a 10 minute drive away and complained of many homeless people in the area making things feel unsafe. This is definitely not the case at this condo. When we arrived late we found the ladder to the bunk bed was not secure and therefore unsafe for our daughter to use. The following day we were called to see how we were finding everything and I mentioned the ladder. Someone came around the same day to securely fix it which we appreciated. The condo is very well equipped and comfortable for a family of 4 adults and two young children. The laundry facilities are very helpful and we made use of this frequently. We brought our own liquids from home but there was some available which we used when ours ran out. In addition, soaps, shampoo and necessities for the kitchen were present. The condo had two outside seating areas which was unexpected, one with a dining table and chairs, and the other side was more comfortable seating. The pool was a short walk away and there was plenty of seating and two pools, one just for adults. There is a life guard/security guard there and the site is secure. Down the road within walking distance were three places to eat and we enjoyed meals in each of them. A little drive away on the opposite side of Disney to the condo was a Bubba Gumps which was great food but also few other restaurants. A 15 minute drive north was a Walmart for groceries and this was easy to find. If we find ourselves in LA again we will definitely look to book as really couldn't fault the condo and the location was such a bonus!!

It's right across the street (street can be safely crossed, 2 lanes both ways with center divider) and about a 15-minute walk to Disneyland downtown area. The condo is very clean and well-functioning. The owners are responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place. We were a party of four adults and two children and we were all comfortable with the space, amount of bathrooms (2.5), spacious kitchen and a huge couch that had room for all. The site has several pools and a hot tub. The dining room and two upper bedrooms have a perfect view for the night time fireworks. This condo met all of our needs and the owners have been wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again.
Communication prior to arrival was great. We got a call from Ted the night we arrived to see how we were settling in and if there was anything we needed. Everything we could think of was provided. The location absolutely could not have been better. We were able to send our 2 year old back for naps with grandma while mom and dad stayed at the park with the 4 and 6 year olds. The pools were lovely, and even had a child's pool as well as a playground. I would have ZERO hesitancy in staying here again!!

Bev H.We spent 5 nights here in October/November 2016. There were 6 of us including my two grandchildren. We had plenty of room here with 3 bathrooms. Everything was clean and well stocked for towels, etc. The location is about as close to Disneyland as you can get without staying on the property itself. About 10 minutes to walk. You can see the fireworks from the patio. There is a pool but it was a bit cold...hot tub was good. Overall an excellent experience.

Owners quick to respond to emails. plan on buying paper products (paper towels, napkins, paper plates). not much kept there from previous renters. There were spices and plenty of coffee filters. It was nice that the Kids room had plenty of books in top dresser drawer. No board games or toys. Childrens room too bright in am, and ladder wasnt screwed down on bunkbed. A curved bracket would work better because it seems people are removing the screws based on the ages of children they are with. master room bed comfortable but guest mattress not as much and pillows were hard/flat, may want to bring your own. We left our stoller at the airport by accident and luckily the condo had 3 to choose from. Saw several portable cribs and a booster seat. overall great place to stay for a disney vacation and much better than staying in a hotel with small kids.

Sara MWe went down to Disneyland for the first week in January. We got every two years or so and are pretty familiar with the hotels in the area. We have 4 kids and staying here made the trip so much better. We brought/bought food for breakfast and having the kitchen saved us a ton of money not having to buy everything at the parks. We also enjoyed having the washer and dryer. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the location is truly no farther than parking in the Disney garage. Great place and great owners.

The house was very clean, comfortable, spacious, well-maintained and just as described! The owners are very responsive and easy to reach, though we did not have any issues that required their attention during our stay (just a few questions). We walked to and from Disneyland on some days, and when it was raining we took a $5 uber ride to Disneyland. It was very easy and close to Downtown Disney. We will definitely stay here again and we will recommend to friends as well. The Disney decor is very fun and the kids were very excited about that-- it made it feel like you were staying in Disneyland. The house was stocked with everything we needed! Thank you!
Stephanie A.This was a really convienent place to stay with a large family for Disneyland. We love having a kitchen and laundry when traveling with small children. The Disney theme was fun. Beds were comfy. The master bedroom has a super soft mattress pad that I loved. The owners and manager were all quick to respond to any needs. We would definitely stay again! There are some basic maintenance updates needed but I told the manager and I would be surprised if they didn't fix them ASAP. You are in an apartment complex with other tenants so there are some dogs barking every now and then. The street noise can be a little loud as well but overall the owners have done a great job with what they can control. I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars because this was nearly perfect.

Tori E.What an inviting home!! This was a perfect place to vacation in Anaheim. Very spacious and well stocked. We vacationed here with extended family for a week (4 adults/2 children). It was a short walk to the trams but we usually just walked the extra 5 minutes into Downtown Disney or the extra 10 min to get to the gates of Disneyland or California Adventure. The neighborhood Walmart is a short drive for any last minute supplies. The close proximity to the parks made it extremely easy for us to have a relaxing morning and still meet up with family members who decided to get an earlier start or stay a bit later into the evening. Randy met us at the condo upon arrival to make sure that we were comfortable. Any questions that we had were quickly answered throughout the week and Nancy called upon checkout to get any feedback. I appreciated this personal touch and had nothing but positive responses to her questions. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any of our family and friends.

THAT IS NOT the case with this one! The walk to Disney was so easy and quick! That's the very best thing about this location!! We walked there and back 4 times each day with our 2 year old and 1 year old in the stroller. The house was clean and had everything we needed and the owners were super nice and easy to work with! We were very pleased with our stay! My only advice is to bring a baby gate(or see if you can request one!) if you have littles! We brought ours and it eased our fear of our kids trying to go up and down without supervision! Such a great place to stay!

Sharon M.I don’t know if you could possibly get closer to Disneyland without staying in one of the hotels. 5 minutes to Downtown Disney, 10 more or so to the park entrances, even with a stroller. The house itself was ideal for our needs, the bedrooms were comfortable and well maintained. I was in the children’s room and the lower bunk is perfectly fine for a single adult. The other two rooms were nicely sized, and the bathroom I used had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Downstairs there was more than enough room for all of us to lounge, and the kitchen allowed us to make our own meals. We spoke with the property manager but never met him, but he provided us with everything necessary for our stay. Including instructions for our 3 cars. One parking space was a little far, but we did request it last minute due to a change. However, being where we were, we really didn’t need to move the cards until the end of the stay. It’s a comfortable condo, well located for the park and provides pretty much everything you could look for.

Sheri D.Very, Very close to Disney.... Easy walk! Maybe 5 minutes!?!? (Shorter walk from this condo than from the Disney parking structure!) Parking at condo is assigned, not an issue. The complex is a bit older, but well maintained and appears to be in the process of getting a make over. Condo itself was renovated inside, very clean, comfortable and had the needed amenities for cooking and relaxing. The owner, Randy, was pleasant and helpful, contacting us to make sure we were checked in and everything was to our liking. He answered any questions we had. The maps and directions he sent were clear and easy to follow. Another link Randy sent allowed us to purchase our Disney park hopper passes at a discount AND go straight to the gate, skipping the line at the ticket booth! Awesome!! We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Disneyland!!!!

In terms of location, super close to the free Disney tram, about a 7 minute walk although there's no crosswalk nearby that we could find, so basically had to J walk across the street. Other than that, a great property, close to Disney. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

A wonderful 3 bedroom condo perfect for our family of four plus two grandparents. Our twin boys loved the bunk beds, movies and Nintendo DS. The condo is in an excellent location with only a short walk to Downtown Disney. A welcome package was a lovely surprise for the adults and children. The full sized kitchen is well stocked with cooking pots, pans and utensils. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. There is lots of storage space in the bedrooms. It was wonderful to arrive at the condo and feel like you were at home. The only downside was not having the condo for our entire stay in Disneyland! We appreciated the owners attentiveness and willingness to meet our needs. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Disneyland.
My wife and two kids (ages 5 and 3) stayed here for three nights. The condo was great, just as advertised. We had more than enough space for the whole family. The bedrooms were all large, comfortable and very nicely appointed. The kitchen was great - nice modern appliances, and lots of beatufiul dishes to choose from. You will see a lot of condos from this complex listed on VRBO and other sites, but it is hard to imagine one as close as this one to the Magic Way and Disneyland. You can litterally step out the front door and begin your stroll down the very well manicured tree-lined drive that takes you to the trams. It was an easy and relaxing walk - even for our little ones at the end of a long day of enjoying the theme park. The owners were great to deal with. They checked in with us before and during our stay and promptly responded to all questions we had. Overall, we thought this was an excellent place to stay, and an excellent value. We would definitely return here for our next trip.
We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed every minute. Nancy was very helpful before we even got there. She was 5 minutes away if we needed anything. the condo is 5 minutes from downtown Disney and quick 20 minute walk to the front entrance. We loved having a pool and the washer/dryer. We have 3 children, including an infant. Nancy and Rick made sure we had a playpen, highchair and stroller. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was a great stay and we will stay again on our next trip to Disney.

The rooms are very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. The owners were kind and available to help with any needs. We really appreciated the small things like the story books for kids, the booster seat at the table and the fully stocked kitchen. We walked to the parks and were able to come home for naps. This gave us the energy to go back to the park when most families were heading home exhausted. We used the playground and liked having a pool available- although it was too cold to swim. My sister and her family came and stayed with us for a few days and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us. We will definitely be coming back!

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Disneyland! My family - myself, my husband, our two kids and the grandparents - stayed at this condo on our visit to Disneyland. The property is *so* close to Disneyland. You really couldn't get any closer without staying in a Disney hotel. The place was just how it looked in the pictures - nice decor, *clean*, plenty of room, a nice big kitchen. I have two little kids, and my main concerns about rentals/hotel rooms are the floors - this place was great. I felt totally comfortable having my kids crawling around on the ground, and there was plenty of room to do it here. Dealing with the owner was really pleasant and easy. We wanted to check in a little early - no problem. They even called us to make sure we got in okay, and to see if we needed anything. Great location, clean and spacious condo, pleasant owners - you can't go wrong with this place!
What a great place to stay in. Our family of 4 stayed for 9 nights and had an excellent time. The condo has been completly renovated. We used the kitchen for breakfasts & some main meals. It is well stock with all the appliances you need. The internet access was easy and fast. The photos are accurate and the Condo was clean. The location is excellent, a 5min walk to the Disney Tram or 15min walk to the main entry gate. It's on the quiet side of Disney. We had a car but you don't need it to visit Disneyland. We used our car to drive to Universal Studios. It's about a 10min drive to Wal-Mart, Target, The Honda Centre (NHL Ducks) & Buena Park 'Pirates Dinner Adventure' . Our time at Disneyland is etched into our memories for life and Rick & Nancy's Condo just made it great. Thankyou!
Our family of 7 loved our stay in this immaculate home. Everything was just as it was promised, and Rick and Nancy were amazingly attentive. When we arrived we had a basket full of treats, and games and puzzles for the kids. The swimming pool was cold in January, but the Hot Tub was awesome. The kids loved the space, and we loved the feel of being home every night after a long day at Disneyland. We loved how close everything was to Disneyland. We walked each day, and entered at Downtown Disney for a very short walk. We used the kitchen every day, and it made it so nice to have a way to save on food. We also used the home as a base for our explorations of southern california. It is located for ease of access to the freeway. We spent a full day in Newport beach and went on a Whale Watch tour. We would definitely recommend this home as a place to stay with your family. We Loved It!! Thanks Nancy and Rick

We loved walking to Disney and the quick drive to Walmart/Target. The condo was very clean and easy to find. Nancy and Rick were very helpful and checked in with us to see if everything was OK. "The bed was comfy and it was awesome. I like everything about it", 11 year old. "I like the little hallway and the hiding place under the stairs", 9 year old. "It was fun, it had a nice TV and there were big beds", 13 year old. We would definitely stay here again!

You can actually see Magic Way, the street leading to downtown Disney, from the bedroom window. We saved on parking as we were able to walk a short 5 minutes to Disney every day. Rick and Nancy were very helpful and were onsite as we arrived to answer any questions. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and my daughter enjoyed having paper and crayons on the desk in her room to use. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
We can't say enough about this property. The location was perfect, just a quick 15 minute walk to Downtown Disney and the entrance to Disneyland. The condo was stocked with everything we could need. The kids loved their room stocked with bunk bed, flat screen, and playstation. Nancy and Rick take great pride in the condo and in making sure it is in perfect shape for your arrival. We had 4 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room. Highly recommended!!!
Tony and Katy S.MilwaukeeThe listing description was adequate. It is only approximately a 2 block walk to the tram taking you into Downtown Disney and we never had to drive there. The property was adequately cleaned but the pool and pool area (given that it was winter there) was unkept and dirty. When this was mentioned to Rick, he indicated that he would speak to the property manager about this immediately. The condo itself is intertwined with condo's that are well maintained and some that appear 'run down' however this particular condo had a number of renovations. The stairs and floor upstairs were extremely 'creaky' if this bothers you when you walk on them, reflective of the age of the condo. Nancy and Rick were helpful, they checked in when we arrived and the night before leaving to see if everything was comfortable at the condo. You ABSOLUTELY cannot get any closer residential property to Disneyland than this property. The condo complex was well lit at night and security was present one night during our stay so walking to the condo in the evening hours did not pose an issue for safety. The surrounding neighbourhoods were somewhat questionable the further you went west on Katella Avenue but that was only after driving for several minutes. This appears to be a safe area to stay when you are visiting Disneyland. Bunk beds in one bedroom as well as a Playstation 2 provided a great place for our kids to escape (despite the temporary malfunction of the playstation) However, beyond the owners control. If you are looking at a close,safe place to stay near Disneyland that escapes the crowds of hotels, this is it. Rick and Nancy were very helpful!!
We stayed in this condo for 4 nights and had a fabulous time. The location to Downtown Disney and the parks was as adverstised, about a 15 minute walk. The unit itself was clean and neat and we did not miss anything. The owners were very responsive and helpful and came by shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was in great shape, which it was. We highly recommend this condo to anyone and we plan to return in the future. Thank you for helping us have a trip with our 2 granddaughters we will never forget!
Our family of 8 (all adults) stayed for three nights. We had room to spare! The condo was extremely clean and well organized. Rick & Nancy provided all the "extras" (laundry soap, shower soaps, lots of towels, blow dryers & even snacks) Our entire group was pleased with the condo and the surrounding area. We felt safe walking at night, good lighting and easy access to Disneyland. We were there for the 1/2 marathon and not having to drive and pay for parking was a very nice advantage for us. We were allowed two parking spaces at the condo which saved the $15 x 2 parking each day! I would highly recommend this property to families and couples alike. Next time we are in the area we would definitely rent from Rick and Nancy again. Excellent communication, excellent property and even better than excellent experience with this VRBO.
My family (3 adults and 2 children) recently stayed at this condo for a Disneyland mini-vacation. It was very convenient and accessible to Disneyland and close to other conveniences (stores, gas station, etc). Nancy and Rick were so helpful and very responsive to questions. Everything was very professionally handled. I received my deposit back very quickly after we checked out. I've stayed at other VRBO properties that took quite a while to return deposits so this was much appreciated. The owners even kindly provided snacks and coffee and the condo felt very homey. The kids loved the bunk beds and watching the fireworks from their room. We appreciated having a kitchen with all the conveniences. We didn't spend much down time there because we were at Disneyland all day but the condo provided everything we needed to prepare as well as rest after the long days. The only recommendation I have would be to provide a list of nearby amenities -- finding the garbage dumpster was a bit of an adventure; we found grocery stores while driving to the beach; and perhaps providing a city map and a map of the Disney attractions would help newcomers. But overall, we had a nice stay and the condo was perfect for what we wanted for our Disney vacation. Thank you!!
Wonderful Disney/Anaheim vacation property for family!We stayed at Rick and Nancy's rental almost a year ago and are just now writing our review. Sadly, we wanted to keep this wonderful place to ourselves but our stay was so great that we needed to write our review of the property. The home was clean and our children loved the bunk beds and the Mickey bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. It was nice to be able to have breakfast and dinners at the property, it saved us a lot of money on food. The location was super close to the park, just a short walk to the trams. Even after four days at the park there were no complaints about the walk home in the evenings. Nancy called us several times to make sure everything was going well and to check to see if we needed anything. Everything was wonderful and we were able to really enjoy our stay. We will definitely stay again on our next Disney adventure.
We had a great time staying at this vacation rental. It is a 5-minute walk to the Disneyland monorail (which takes you to Tomorrowland) and the shopping area outside the Disneyland gates. It's an easy 15 minute walk to Disney's front gate from the rental. The walk takes you through their outer shopping district, so there's a lot to see and places to eat. When we got to the the vacation rental, there was a package of cookies on the table waiting for us. The place is very comfortable and has assigned parking and a pool/jacuzzi (shared by the condos, but we had it to ourselves when we went). Nancy and Rick are SO warm, accessible, and accommodating. We were lucky that we scored this vacation rental out of all the choices available. We would definitely stay here again.
Claire BMy husband and I decided pretty last minute on a Disneyland vacation. We have a 3 year old and 9 month old and we didn't want to all have to share one room (i.e. hotel room). We were quite lucky that there was space open at this place. We did 3 days at Disneyland - not back to back cause that would be crazy with the young kids - but it was so nice to be able to head out early in the morning - be at Disneyland in 15 minutes or less and then come back from some lunch and naps. Then we would head back out around 4pm and ride some rides, watch the parade and then head home again for dinner. Having a kitchen and eating breakfast, lunch and dinner at home saved us a lot of money! The place is clean, and had the pots and pans we needed to cook. It was also nice to have a washer/dryer. They had a small umbrella stroller for us to use (we didn't use it cause we brought our double stroller) and they had a play yard/ play pen. They have a playground less than 1 minute away where my 3 year old loved to play. A great way to burn some energy for the non-Disneyland days. There is also a pool but it was too cold for us to swim (we went in November). My 9 month old had plenty of space to crawl around. Since they just started to rent the condo out there were a couple of items that came up (there were a couple of nail tacks coming through the carpet) but the owners came out as soon as they could and helped fix the problem. The condo is tucked in the back which is nice cause it's quiet but it's a little tricky to find the first time. Also - the Disneyland fireworks are loud - you can see the fireworks from the condo which is really nice the first couple of times. We were afraid that it would wake our kids up since they go to bed around 7:30pm and the fireworks start 8pm (or 9pm). But it was never an issue. They slept through them every night. Overall -we had a great time here and looking forward to the next visit. This place would be great for larger families or even 2 small families to share.
Karen BMy husband and I and our 4 kids stayed in this home for 3 nights in August and LOVED it! The owners Rick and Nancy were wonderful and easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! The home is extremely clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had plenty of room to stretch out in the 3 bedrooms and the beds were so comfortable. The kids loved the bunkbeds and loved that everything in their room and the bathroom was decorated in a Disney theme. The rest of the home is beautifully decorated - 5 star all the way! We really appreciated the water bottles and snacks that were left for us - and the kids were excited to find the candy stash! The home is located right close to the playground and the swimming pool which are both very nice. The kids loved being able to go play. We didn't get to swim because we were at Disneyland all day everyday but I checked it out and it was very clean and inviting - next time we will make time to use it! The walk to the Disney tram (in the Disney parking lot) is only a 5-10 minute walk and the kids had no problem with it at all. We loved being able to walk and not having to pay for parking. I would definitely recommend this home - we hope to stay there again in the future! Thank you Rick and Nancy for a wonderful stay!
Our family of 8 was the first to experience this property after its recent renovation as we stayed there for a week to enjoy Disneyland and the beautiful beaches of Orange County. As they say - location, location, location! You could not ask for a more convenient location to visit Disneyland (apart from staying inside the theme park!). It is a mere 5-10 min walk to either Downtown Disney, the monorail station, or the parking trams. This means you can come home for lunch and dinner, as we did, rather than paying the high prices in the park for food. We saved a bundle! Also, on the nights we were not in the park, you can see (and feel!) the fireworks either from the upstairs bedroom windows, or from one of the two patios - spectacular! And yet, the neighborhood is quiet - we were not disturbed by neighbors or traffic during our week stay, since this property is on the quiet side of Disneyland - on Walnut street. There is an Albertsons within a 10-15 min drive to get provisions, and of course lots of fast food too. There is a very nice pool area which we enjoyed a number of times on our "days off" from Disneyland - a spa and three pools to be exact, one of which is perfect for tiny children (or grandchildren), if you have them with you. The pools are only a 1-2 minute walk from the condo. The beds were quite comfortable, especially the master canopy bed and even the futon hide-a-bed in the living room. The new 50" flat screen LG TVs in the living room and the master bedroom are very impressive. We used the wireless high speed internet the most, since some of us had to check work email - even on our vacation ;-( . Decor in the rooms is very pleasant and has some (but not too much) Disney themed accents. The condo was very clean and felt homey. After the beach, it was nice to be able to do laundry in the new, high-tech washer and dryer, conveniently located on the first floor (but back out of the way, around the corner from the living area). We cooked quite a bit, and so the kitchen is very nice - all new appliances - a refrigerator with cold water and ice on the door, a gas stove, nice dishes, glasses, stemware - even a blender for smoothies. We seated 8 adults around the dinette table (a little tight, but doable). The owners of this property are very friendly, and very responsive about any needs or issues. Since we were the first occupants, we found a few minor lacks, but each one was addressed promptly. You are in for a wonderful stay here!
The accomodations were cheerful and clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was clean, well-stocked with necessary utensils, family-friendly dinnerware, and pots and pans. Potential safety items such as a sharp corner at a childs-head level near the laundry room were mitigated (by padding in this case). The owners were very friendly and easy to deal with. Overall, this was a very good deal and I would definitely recommend this to family and friends visiting Disneyland or elsewhere in the area.

JenniferThis was our first experience with an airbnb and we will never stay in a hotel again! It was $1000 less than only enough bedrooms at a hotel, without the rest of the amenities! The people we spoke with were pleasant, helpful, and excited with/for us. It made our vacation have more of a sense of the comfort of "home" while being away. It was a short walk to a lesser used security gate, and then steps from the Monorail, also next to no entry lines; and we got a little look at the park before being dropped IN the park. Rosie May 2019A Hidden Gem ! Staying at this condo was very enjoyable for our family trip to Disneyland. The location is 8-10 min walk to Disneyland literally right across the street. The condo is very clean and the beds were super comfortable soothing for the body after walking all day in the park. Nancy and the other owners were so helpful and provided wonderful tips for restaurants and stores close by. They even provided a parking spot for our car on Checkout day so we could stay longer and enjoy the park before our evening flight. They are all very responsive to all communications. It was nice having a keyless entry and having a pool and spa. The units look older from the outside but don’t let that fool you because you will definitely be missing out. The Disney decor in the condo made us feel like we never left the park. There is a view of the fireworks but slightly obstructed by the trees so it won’t be the same as watching from mainstreet but nice perk. I also loved the condo was stocked with everything we might need for cooking. We look forward to returning here again next time we visit.

Lauren August 2019As close as advertised! Being a 10 minute walk from the park entrance (5 min walk to the monorail) was such a convenience with our three kids! We were even able to go back to the condo for our littlest ones to nap and the proximity made it so we were able to go back to the park for the rest of the evening. The condo was great and the hosts were very friendly. Check-in/check-out was a very simple process. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are several grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. The owners know their audience and have nice Disney touches throughout that the kids really enjoyed. Having streaming platforms available on the TV was also nice. Have already recommended it to others and would likely go back.

We utilized the monorail to get in and out of the park to cut off some of the walking. You could also probably hop on the shuttle from the new parking lot if needed. Overall nice stay!

John HI don’t know if you could possibly get closer to Disneyland without staying in one of the hotels. 5 minutes to Downtown Disney, 10 more or so to the park entrances, even with a stroller. The house itself was ideal for our needs, the bedrooms were comfortable and well maintained. I was in the children’s room and the lower bunk is perfectly fine for a single adult. The other two rooms were nicely sized, and the bathroom I used had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Downstairs there was more than enough room for all of us to lounge, and the kitchen allowed us to make our own meals. We spoke with the property manager but never met him, but he provided us with everything necessary for our stay. Including instructions for our 3 cars. One parking space was a little far, but we did request it last minute due to a change. However, being where we were, we really didn’t need to move the cards until the end of the stay. It’s a comfortable condo, well located for the park and provides pretty much everything you could look for.
