The Space

This warm and elegant townhouse is thoughtfully designed to ensure every guest feels right at home. Its prime location 0.7 miles walk to Disneyland trams and the monorail entrance makes it perfect for families and friends eager to explore the magic.

• Master Suite: A serene retreat with a plush king-sized bed, ceiling fan, and private en-suite bathroom with a shower.
• Second Bedroom: A cozy haven with a queen-sized bed and close access to the shared hallway bathroom.
• Kids’ Bedroom: Fun and functional, featuring a bunk bed (full over full) with room for everyone.

Living Room

The home features 2 1/2 bathrooms: a private master bath, a shared hallway bath, and a half bath.

• Free parking on premises (1 complimentary parking spot, additional parking for a fee.)
• Community pool and spa.
• Self-check-in with a secure keypad (Check yourself into the home with a door code).

 City Requirements

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM (outdoor spaces like patios and the backyard are off-limits during this time).
• No Parties or Gatherings: To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, events and gatherings are not permitted.
• Minimum Age: Primary guest must be 23 years or older.
• Occupancy: Max occupancy of 9 (including children and infants). Daytime visitors are included in this total.
• City of Anaheim Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT): 15%
• First night check in time, no later than 10:00 PM.
• Reservation Agreement: An electronic agreement is required for the  booking completion.

House Rules

• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly forbidden on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Any violations will incur a $500 fine.
• Cancellation Fees:
  • More than 60 days: Full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Less than 60 days (60-0 days): No Refunds
• Deposit: $500 STR Rules Deposit (fully refundable if all rules are followed).

Guest Access

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and must be completed by 9:30 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. A personalized key code will be provided for secure, contactless access to the home during your stay.
