Magicway Villas Terms and Conditions

Magicway Villas ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Kaydar LLC. By booking and staying at any of our properties, you ("Guest") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully as they form a binding agreement between you and Magicway Villas.

1. Booking and Payment

Reservation Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit and a confirmation email from us. Full payment is due 30 days before your check-in date.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit cards. Third-party booking platforms may have additional payment terms.

2. Cancellation Policy

60 Days or More Before Arrival: Full refund, minus a processing fee ($100 for cancellations made 90+ days in advance, $300 for cancellations made 61-89 days prior).

Less than 60 Days: No refunds will be issued. We recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for closures of nearby attractions (like Disneyland), weather conditions, or pandemics, including COVID-19.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In: Begins at 4:00 PM with keyless entry.

Check-Out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional fees.

Quiet Hours: Outdoor activities (pools, patios) are restricted from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM due to local noise ordinances.

4. Occupancy and Guest Conduct

Maximum Occupancy: Each property has specific limits on the number of guests allowed, including infants and day visitors. Exceeding these limits may result in eviction without a refund.

No Parties or Events: Our properties are for short-term vacation use only. Parties, events, or business gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

5. House Rules

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking is prohibited inside the property and within 10 feet of any structure. Violations incur a $500 cleaning fee.

No Pets Allowed: Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Trash and Cleanliness: Guests must dispose of trash properly and maintain the cleanliness of the property. Excessive cleaning fees may apply for spills, stains, or damage.

6. Parking Guidelines

Parking varies by property. Specific parking rules, including the maximum number of vehicles allowed, will be provided in your booking confirmation.

General Rules:

No street parking.

Parking in driveways and garages must follow the property-specific instructions.

RVs, trailers, and oversized vehicles are not permitted.

Violations: Fines up to $2,500 may apply for illegal parking, blocking sidewalks, or parking on grass.

7. Use of Amenities

Pools and Spas: (If any) Use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Hot tub misuse, such as adding foreign substances, may incur a $1,000 fee.

BBQ and Outdoor Equipment:(if any) Please follow safety guidelines. Damages or misuse may result in charges.

8. Security and Safety

Surveillance: Exterior security cameras (outward facing) are installed for your safety. These cameras are positioned to monitor entry points and do not invade indoor privacy.

Keyless Entry: Each guest receives a unique access code valid for the duration of their stay.

9. Damage and Liability

Security Deposit Waiver: A non-refundable fee covers up to $500 in accidental damage. Damages beyond this amount will be charged to the credit card on file.

Guest Liability: Guests are responsible for all damages, fines, or cleaning costs resulting from their stay.

Indemnity: By staying with us, you agree to indemnify and hold Magicway Villas harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages arising during your stay.

10. Compliance with Local Laws

Noise and Occupancy: Compliance with local noise restrictions and occupancy limits is mandatory. Fines for violations may be passed on to the guest.

Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities will result in immediate eviction without refund and possible reporting to authorities.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
