Our family of 4, with kids aged 12 and 10 travelled from the UK and stayed for a week. The house is great, a real home from home, spacious, clean and has absolutely everything you need. Lovely to go back to after a long day at Disneyland and very comfortable beds. The air con is centrally controlled and very easy to use. You can also see the fireworks from the garden!

I loved that they had a full-size crock pot and rice cooker! Hello slow-cooked meal ready to eat when everyone was exhausted. The washer and dryer were really nice to have and I thought they were good quality. Now the super important part...the beds...they were super comfy (to me, not super firm and just soft enough to mold to your body)! Even the bunk bed had quality mattresses. We didn't try any of the sofa sleepers. As far as having children I felt the place was pretty child proof. We liked having the backyard, the kids ran around out back and we enjoyed lounging at the table We definitely recommend the property. It's a great place to stay. The walk to Disneyland is okay, kind of long walk home after an adventurous day. We would stay here again. Thanks to Nancy, Rick and Ted for a nice rental property.

The house had plenty of space for our two families that vacationed together(4 Adults, 4 Teens) it could fit a few more people but it was just right for us. The house is newly remodeled with attention to detail, it was clean and has everything you will need in the kitchen. There is a washer and dryer, pack and play and high chair if you have little ones. They thought of everything from an ironing board/Iron to plenty of trash bags, paper towel and bath items.We were so glad for the A/C as it was rather warm when we stayed. . The Beds were amazingly comfortable after a long day on our feet. One night we ate pizza out on the deck, it was great, we ordered Pizza from Papa Philo's on Ball Ave. They deliver or you can pick it up, it's about 10 min away and supper yummy pizza. It also saved us a ton of money making breakfast in the morning before we hiked over to Dland. T. We also found that if you ride the tram from Downtown Disney to the Micky and friends parking lot you can walk out of the lot and be a lot closer to the house. We always felt safe walking to and from the house, even at night. I could go on and on, but really this is a great rental and Ted was very concerned that we were comfortable and well taken care of, I would highly recommend this vacation home for your next trip, I know we will stay here again on our next outing to Disney and surrounding area.

We had a few small ants in the kitchen so we called the house manager. He was there in 20 minutes to take care of it and had their bug service out the next day to spray the yard. Ted and Nancy were great to work with. Even called us a couple days into our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is within walking distance to Disney. It took us 15-20 min from the front door to the entrance of Disneyland. The yard was nice for the littles to run in while waiting for the big people to get ready in the mornings. It was really nice to be so close to Disney and have so much space with a kitchen and not cramped in hotel rooms. We were able to take the littles home in the evenings when they got tired while the older kids stayed as long as they wanted. We are season pass holders to Disneyland and will stay here again!

Shelley T.My wife's family has been going to Disneyland almost annually for the past 5 years and we prefer to book a residence within walking distance from the Disney parks. Not finding a decently priced hotel or timeshare available for our chosen week, we thought we would give a vacation rental a try. Surprisingly, there are not too many rentals within 15-20 minutes walking distance of the park, and they book up pretty quickly. This property is about 10-12 minutes from the Downtown Disney tram via the Disney character parking structure. Our kid also loved playing in the backyard, and we enjoyed using the outdoor grill for a family BBQ. The hosts and property manager were very responsive and made sure to address our every concern. Overall, it was a great stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

Anne M.This house for my trip with my family (8 adults and 3 children) was the perfect house. It had 4 bedrooms for all 4 families. Everyone slept comfortably and it was just a quick less then $5 uber ride to Disneyland. We didn't walk because we knew that we were going to walk all day at the parks so we saved our feet a few steps and ubered it to there. Kitchen: there are a few seasoning for you to use for cooking but warning that there are no condiments in the fridge. So if you need any basics like ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce and mayo make sure to buy it when you go grocery shopping for your stay. We bought chicken nuggets for the kids prior to heading to the house thinking that they had the basic condiments (other home rentals that we have stayed at we have been spoiled and they have had it) we had to head back to the store for it. Living Room: It was very helpful that they have a stroller there for you to use. Also while we were there during our trip the MLS Western Conference, Seattle Sounders vs Houston Dynamo match was on and we realized that in the living room they didnt get ESPN channel but thankfully they had the channel in the room with the bathroom. We all sat on the bed and watched the Sounders win! The kids loved all the Disney paintings and toys they had there and loved watching the Disney fireworks out in the backyard of the house when we were not at Disneyland. Whenever we decided to head back to California for some Disneyland/California Adventure we would love to stay here again.

He got a hold of me prior to our arrival to let us know what time the home would be ready, also was just a text away if we needed extra toiletries or anything at all!! The house has everything you NEED. It is decorated very cute and fun. The backyard is a good size to play in and relax. Full size washer and dryer came in handy midday when we went on a rainy day. I would suggest this house and I will stay here again.
JamesGreat place to stay at! House is really close to DisneyLand. It's in the middle of everything! Lyft rides to Disney were about $6-$8 just to give you an estimate on how close! Place was so comfortable and clean! They had cable which made it nice when staying in and relaxing. Outdoor backyard has tables and chairs to eat outside in the sun. Beds were so comfortable, they provided extra sheets, blankets, and towels! Have AC!! Nancy was very helpful and answered our questions quickly. Her husband Ted was who checked us in, he was so nice! He made sure we knew all the rules, and showed us around the house, he was very helpful with giving us suggestions as to the nearest malls and restaurants. They do have a noise curfew after 9 is considered "quite time" but we had no issue with that!

JohnWe had such an amazing time and this property was perfect for our family!! It was well kept, had all the amenities we needed, and was close to Disneyland. Also, the owners were very prompt in their communication with us. We had 7 adults and 2 kiddos under 5 in our party and we all fit comfortably. The kiddos loved their room, as well as all the books and games provided! It was so nice to be able to all be together and not have to be going between 2 hotel rooms (where it would have been more expensive!). The only thing we noticed was that the signage wasn’t specific to our home (it said there was a pool and game room in the garage, clearly there wasn’t!), but other than that, it was outstanding! We’ll definitely be booking with MagicWay Villas in the future!

JayWe had a great stay at this house in Anaheim! There ended up to be 11 of us staying there! But it was perfect and never felt cramped. First, let’s cover the main question most people are going to have.. The walk to Disney: The house is located in a neighborhood behind Disneyland. I’ve never entered Disney property anywhere but the parking garage and the main front entrance. So when we first got to the house I was so confused how I was going to walk all the way to Disneyland.. when I didn’t even recognize where I was. This was our third Disneyland trip this year.. so we’re pretty familiar with the walking-to-Disney thing, but this was all new to us! Anyway.. you have to walk out of the neighborhood a bit, then walk down Walnut St to go towards the Downtown Disney entrance. It took us a solid 18 minutes from the house - to security at downtown Disney. Then of course.. you have the time it takes to walk to the park from that point, but we never timed that. A+++ Host! I bugged Nancy so many times during our trip.. and she responded almost immediately every single time! She’s super nice. Ted - the area manager - was also very responsive. The House: This cute little house is spacious, super clean, and adorable! The rooms are all decorated so cute! The beds and couches were comfy. Everything worked properly in both bathrooms. Loved the easy to use nest thermostat! They had enough towels and wash rags for everyone. And the kitchen was stocked with anything you’d need utensil and cooking wise. No condiments or food or anything. They even had kids bowls, cups, and utensils and a high chair. There is a dishwasher and also a washer and dryer so that was awesome! They also had a crib ready for us when we got there, with pads and bedding already on it. I also noticed an additional pack n play in the closet. Which reminds me, there are big closets in every room, which was so nice! There were also several hangers there for us to use as well. We didn’t spend any time in the back yard so i can’t comment too much on that. It seemed well kept though. The neighborhood is really cute and very quiet (minus the Disneyland fireworks.. but we were definitely okay with that! We went out in the front and watched them) The parking situation wasn’t my favorite thing.. apparently Anaheim has a ton of rules on street parking? So we couldn’t park in front of the house, which is fine.. other than the driveway is very narrow! We had two cars on the driveway and had to pull one up pretty far between the house and the fence so that the second car didn’t block the sidewalk (which is a $2,500 fine) so we couldn’t ever really get in and out the car that was pulled up because the space was so narrow. Therefore, we had a lot of car switching around going on. We did have two SUVs though. A small car I’m sure would be fine. Check in & out: Check in was pretty easy! And check out was even easier! No issues at all. Overall we had a great time staying here! 10/10 would recommend. (Just make sure you’re actually good to walk 20+ minutes if you’re planning on walking to Disneyland)

It was nice to be able to take a break from Disneyland and relax at the house. We ordered pizza one night and were all able to sit comfortably at the large dining table. The walk to Downtown Disney is about 3/4 of a mile. I don't think you can find anything much closer other than hotels. The hosts were very responsive and made you feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone going to Disneyland.

Jay January 2019Great communication and comfy beds! These hosts were great at communicating from the moment we booked our stay. The house was so close to Disneyland. I can't say how long it took us to walk because it rained the week we went so we ended up driving everyday but it was so nice to drive around the corner and be back so quickly. The hosts thought of everything and had a book of closest stores and even how to work the remotes. The beds were my favorite part of the house. After a long day of walking it was so nice to have such a comfortable nights sleep. The house was big enough for our family of 7 and kids even had their own beds to sleep in. The kitchen had everything we needed to have a quick breakfast and dinner. There was a washer and dryer....all the things that you might need for a stay away from home was thought of in this house. Anaheim has a few rules that everyone has to adhere by and the hosts make sure you are not caught off guard by any of them.

Had a perfectly stocked kitchen for making meals and didn’t hold back on quality of disposal amenities (TP, trash bags, etc.). Beds were very comfortable after a long day at Disney and the walk was totally doable with kids under 5. I will for sure be coming back.

They made sure we knew how to get ahold of them and called the first day to establish a connection and give us a cell phone. The location was perfect for our trip to Disneyland. The walk to the park took us about twenty minutes and seemed a bit further than what the description said but it was just fine for our family. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

Lori November 2019Overall, a great place to stay for a family doing a Disneyland trip! It was mostly clean (except the drains were a bit of an issue in the showers), hospitality was great, and they were very prompt in responding to any issues we had. Additionally, the premise had quite literally everything we needed from coffee filters to baking dishes, and more. There was even a stroller (though we brought our own). The price is a little steep, though it is SoCal, and given the number of people it can sleep, worth it compared with Disney hotels.

We walked to Disney with strollers every day and it was extremely easy to do so. We even got to enjoy the fireworks from the back yard when the kiddos fell asleep. I would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we would ever need. The rooms were layout very nicely, worked out well for our group of 7. Randy the property manager was so kind once we arrived! We appreciated his professionalism and hospitality!

My two elder kids (5 and 7) loved the bunk bed, and my youngest (3) was comfortable in the next room. Although we didn't use them, there is a crib, a Pack and Play, and a stroller, so the house is well-equipped for families with babies or toddlers. We also appreciated the collection of children's books. The only improvement I would suggest is putting darker curtains in the "kids" rooms (the bunk bed and crib rooms) to help the kids get a better night's sleep to rest up for all of that time in the park!

They had all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans etc for us to cook with. Fridge had filtered water and ice maker. Washer and dryer were great to have in the home. Heating and AC system was awesome. The back and front yard had awesome views of the fireworks!! We had groceries delivered, taxi from Disneyland Hotel was less than $8, very convenient location!! The property manager was awesome!! He got a hold of me prior to our arrival to let us know what time the home would be ready, also was just a text away if we needed extra toiletries or anything at all!! My parents came with us as well and they loved having a home to sprawl out at after a full day of park fun!! Would definitely stay there again!! Mahalo for your hospitality!!

Erica WPlenty of space, fun decor and less than a 10-min walk to Disneyland. We had a wonderful stay! I actually loved having the washer/dryer in the kitchen. It made it super easy to wash and dry everything, very convenient. I only wished the kitchen had been better stocked with ziplock bags, saran wrap, foil, disposable containers for left overs & aprons. And tissues were no place to be found. We are a family of nose blowers I guess, we used toilet paper, and that was fine, but a few boxes of Kleenex's or tissues of some kind would have been appreciated. Otherwise, loved the place, loved watching the fireworks from our front steps each night, loved sitting at the outdoor patio furniture & table for whatever meal we wanted to. Plenty of sleeping space and great space overall. Definitely will stay there again. Thanks!
Tara CThis is our second time staying in a home owned by them. This house was very close to Downtown Disney and the Disney parking structure. It was very clean and accommodating to our needs. We showed up an hour before check in and the property manager came over to let us in! Only small issue we had was in the bedrooms there are some carpet/rugs glued to the floor that I kept stepping on...finally had to place a towel so my feet would not step in it. Other than that I highly recommend staying st this place or any other places by them.
Joseph SThis house for my trip with my family (8 adults and 3 children) was the perfect house. It had 4 bedrooms for all 4 families. Everyone slept comfortably and it was just a quick less then $5 uber ride to Disneyland. We didn't walk because we knew that we were going to walk all day at the parks so we saved our feet a few steps and ubered it to there. FYI: the beds are a tiny bit on the soft end so if you prefer a firmer mattress you might not get any sleep. Kitchen: there are a few seasoning for you to use for cooking but warning that there are no condiments in the fridge. So if you need any basics like ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce and mayo make sure to buy it when you go grocery shopping for your stay. We bought chicken nuggets for the kids prior to heading to the house thinking that they had the basic condiments (other home rentals that we have stayed at we have been spoiled and they have had it) we had to head back to the store for it. Living Room: It was very helpful that they have a stroller there for you to use. Also while we were there during our trip the MLS Western Conference, Seattle Sounders vs Houston Dynamo match was on and we realized that in the living room they didnt get ESPN channel but thankfully they had the channel in the room with the bathroom. We all sat on the bed and watched the Sounders win! The kids loved all the Disney paintings and toys they had there and loved watching the Disney fireworks out in the backyard of the house when we were not at Disneyland. Whenever we decided to head back to California for some Disneyland/California Adventure we would love to stay here again.

Anne MWe checked in on August 4th and the house was spotless. My two little grandsons had a blast. We used the gas grill frequently and had great cookouts in the big back yard. We had 3 minor issues and all were taken care of my Rick and Ted immediately. The house was equipped with everything you would need on a vacation. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is going on vacation to Disneyland which we walked to everyday.
