We loved this condo. It is very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The kids loved all the Disney decor and it was great to be right next to the pool. We’ve stayed at 3 other condos in this complex and this one was our favorite. We highly recommend it.

williette dIn general, we found the property to be what we had hoped for and expected. It is a 1.2 mile walk to the main gates of Disneyland and California Adventure. It is located in a condo complex that is older, so many of the outer buildings as well as the interiors need more than just a fresh coat of paint. Everything that the unit advertised as available was there.

Only down side was the dryer did not work and took us 2 hours to dry clothes as we were trying to get out the door to catch a flight. And we let our baby crawl on the floor and his feet and hands were covered in dirt, so the cleaners did not do a good job of cleaning the floor.

LynnOur family stayed at this rental for a long weekend of Disneyland fun in April 2017. Just as advertised, the walk to the parks was very short - almost the same distance as the walk from the Disney parking garage! Our party of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) were extremely comfortable with the space. Our girls (aged 4 and 6) were thrilled by the Mickey-themed bunkbed and our son (2) was comfortable in the pack & play provided. The hosts were great - they provided all kinds of helpful information, checked in with us, and were very responsive. It was easy to get in and out, and a quick drive to the beach as well. The inside of the space was updated and comfortable - with plenty of Disney-themed decorations to thrill our kids! However, the outside of the rental, and the surrounding condo community, was slightly run down. I never felt unsafe, however, and all of the facilities seemed clean. Overall, we had a great stay, and felt that the price was a fantastic value for our group.

PatriciaThis place was perfect for our 8 person family vacation. The 2.5 bathrooms helped us get going in the morning while having a full kitchen was great for breakfast in the morning. The three bedrooms upstairs were more than adequate for all 8 of us. We were close enough to one of the Downtown Disney entrances that we walked to the park with ease (although a few of us cheated and took a Lyft on occasion). The place was tastefully decorated with Disney themed elements. It was well maintained and clean. The complex is quiet and the neighbors we did encounter were all friendly. The communication with the property management team was always prompt and professional. My family and I worked with Nancy and Randy who were both very hospitable. We will definitely look to return next Disneyland trip. Thanks for helping us create great family memories.

CristalLocation was perfect. Just a 5 minute walk. Property fully equipped with everything you need. One great thing was you walk 5 minutes towards Disneyland Hotel. From there you can enter the park with no lines. Monorail was right in front of you.
StephenThe location was great for those who want to be able to walk back and forth to the park. The complex seemed a bit run down in spots, but the unit was well kept and we felt that it served our needs well (though a blender in the kitchen would have been a great addition!) We never did get the TV/Playstation system to work, but we got there late on the first night and then were too busy the rest of the weekend to care, so we never even asked for support with this. It likely was a simple fix, but we never bothered to find out because...Who comes to Anaheim to watch TV?!

ArianaPros: excellent Disney theme decoration, great location, quite neighborhood, quick check-in process, excellent communication. We have one infant and one toddler, and there was no problem for us to walk back for a nap from Disneyland in the middle of the day. In general it was a good experience. Would recommend to friends.

Steve January 2019This is a great space with bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs. This allows you to put the kiddies to bed while the adults stay up without disturbing them. As described it is very close to the entrance to Downtown Disney and the Monorail into Disneyland. there is an additional 5 min walk to California Adventure entrance. Once the parking deck opens (across the street from the complex), I expect the tram will be accessible making a shorter walk.

We were able to walk to Disneyland, which is great if you want to leave with little ones and come back later, which we had to do on one of the days we were there because of a mid-afternoon rain shower. Communication was great. Whenever I had a question I sent a text and received a quick response. Condo is very clean and the property is very quite. We did not get a chance to use the pool area during our stay, but it did look very nice and inviting.

Aervin July 2019The villa is in a great location for Disneyland. The walk is quick and simple and easy to access. It’s about .8 miles to the park entrances, going through Downtown Disney. The staff was very, very quick to respond to any messages we had throughout our stay. Additionally, the pool was fantastic and so was the playground. There is a fully stocked kitchen complete with plenty of plastic dishes for little ones. The rental does provide one parking space in a garage, which was nice. Overall, nice staff and location but lacks a bit of upkeep if you’re expecting hotel-quality accommodations.

They even have a grill out on the back patio area which was really nice to use since we enjoyed cooking every meal at the condo. Also, Very convenient garage for 1 car to park inside. I would recommend this Airbnb for large groups or families. Plenty of space and the third room has a bunk bed.

Walking to the parks is doable (slightly less than a mile to the ticket booths, a lot less if you walk to the parking tram or monorail), although note that there is no convenient crosswalk across Walnut. Thanks to our hosts, who were attentive and checked in with us multiple times to make sure we were having a great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Cortney BIt was everything you said it would be. The location was perfect and an easy walk to Downtown Disney and Disneyland Park. The full size bed under the the twin bunk bed was not so good, but my son moved to the couch and it worked. We would stay again.

Sharon NWe were so pleased with our accommodations! The location was ideal...it made it so convenient. It was wonderful to have a garage. The kitchen had everything we needed...the beds were so comfy. Thank you for the extra sheets, pillows and comforter. There were nine of us and only seven large bath towels were made available. We also wanted to use the little twin hide a bed but we were unable to get it to release and pull up so we used the couch in the bedroom as a bed! You may need to check on that. The decor was magical! We felt safe and sooo comfortable during our stay. We definitely have told friends and family about how much we enjoyed our stay!
