Welcome to Magicway Villas + Nemo’s House, a cozy single-story, single-family home just a 1.1-mile walk from Downtown Disney! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this charming retreat is ideal for families seeking comfort, convenience, and unforgettable memories.

The Space:

Our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, including children and infants, and features a thoughtfully designed layout with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation.

• First Bedroom: A peaceful sanctuary with a comfy Queen bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a day of adventure and private en-suite bathroom with a shower.
• Second Bedroom: Unwind in this spacious room featuring a King bed, offering ample space for ultimate relaxation.
• Third Bedroom: A cozy bedroom with another Queen bed, ideal for a couple or solo traveler to relax in comfort.
• Fourth Bedroom: Perfect for families with younger children, this room includes a fun Bunk bed and a Toddler bed, offering a great sleeping arrangement for the little ones.

Living Room

Relax and recharge on the cozy sofa bed in the living room, offering extra space for any extra travelers who may join your space mission.

Bathrooms:

The home includes 3 beautifully appointed bathrooms.

• Master Bathroom: Start your day feeling refreshed in the en-suite bathroom, equipped with a convenient shower.
• Additional Bathrooms: Two additional bathrooms provide a relaxing space with tubs, ideal for winding down after a day of Disney fun.

Parking & Facilities:

• Free parking on premises (3 in the driveway)
• Self-check-in with a secure keypad (Check yourself into the home with a door code).

House Rules & Policies

• Quiet Hours: From 10 PM to 9 AM (city-mandated). Outdoor spaces are off-limits during this time.
• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly forbidden on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Any violations will incur a $500 fine.
• No Parties or Gatherings: To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, events and gatherings are not permitted.
• Parking: Accommodations for 3 vehicles (3 in the driveway). No street parking, RVs, or trailers are allowed.

City Requirements

• Age Requirement: Guests must be 23 to book.
• First night check in time, no later than 10:00 PM
• Occupancy: Max occupancy of 10 (including children and infants). Daytime visitors are included in this total.
• Reservation Agreement: An electronic agreement will be sent for completion after booking.
• 15% Lodging Tax: Added to the reservation total prior to confirmation.
• Security Cameras: Cameras are installed at the driveway, front entrance, and backyard for your safety.

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 60 days: Full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
• Less than 60 days(60-0 days): No refunds.

Guest Access:

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. First night check in no later than 10:00 PM. A personalized key code ensures easy self-check-in and security throughout your stay
