Welcome to our home called the MagicwayVillas + Micky's Playground at Anaheim Disneyland.
Warm, stylish, and elegantly designed THREE bedroom townhouse directly across from Disneyland. A five minutes walk will take you to Disneylands trams and Disneyland's monorail. Sit poolside to watch the fireworks each evening. BBQ on your private patio in this roomy, newly renovated townhouse.
This comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse is larger than most others in the area. You can snuggle up in your comfy bed with luxurious, high-quality linens. Everyone will enjoy the generous supply of welcome surprise packages.
We have paid a lot of attention in selecting top quality fabrics, beautiful designs, and comfortable goods to make your stay extra enjoyable. This includes 50' LG plasma TV in the living room as well another 50' plasma in the bedroom. Beautiful Chandeliers provide radiant light.
Master bedroom has a queen bed with a ceiling fan and access to a private bathroom and shower.
Second Bedroom has a queen bed with close access to a bathroom in the hallway.
Kids bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top, full on the bottom) with close access to hallway bathroom.
Fireworks can be seen from the kids bedroom, second bedroom, dining room and both patios.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of home.
Washer and dryer are available downstairs inside the house.
High-speed internet and TV with extended channels is available.
We also offer one complimentary assigned parking space for your convenience.

Max Occupancy: 9 including children and infants - including day time visitors
City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am.
Guests must comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
Once we receive your reservation request, we will either accept or deny your reservation request within 24 hours.
Min stay: 3 nights
Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar.

My family and I (with children ages 7 and 4 + grandparents) stayed at this condo for a week long vacation in Disneyland. We were VERY pleased with the entire condo. There were 6 of us staying there and we never felt cramped like we would in a hotel. My aunt and uncle met up with us in Disneyland, but they stayed at the Disneyland Hotel. My parents mentioned that the master bedroom in the condo was much more roomy than the Disneyland hotel room my aunt and uncle were staying in. The condo was equipped with all the utensils you would need and expect for a home. They even had a crock pot!!! It was a full size fridge, so you could stock up for meals during the week. Ted and Nancy even provided bottled water for us. My kids were absolutely thrilled about the bunk bed and loved it. The beds were very comfortable and it felt like home. It took us about 15 minutes to walk from the front door to the park entrance. We would highly recommend this condo for your vacation. My husband and I will probably never go back to hotels after being spoiled. Thank you Ted and Nancy for graciously opening up your condo.
Annette J.This place is about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Disney, and another 5-10 minutes to the park entrance. You aren't really much farther away than if you stayed at one of the Disney-owned hotels! And for a fraction of that price you get 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus the full kitchen! We will never stay in a hotel again! There were only 4 of us staying here but you could comfortably sleep several more people. And having a washer and dryer while on vacation is fantastic. The condo complex is older, but this place has had some nice updating and it feels cozy and clean. The furniture is nice as well. The owners were great, and were very prompt on the occasion that we needed something! All in all we had a wonderful stay, and will absolutely stay here the next time book a trip to Disneyland!
Krista W.We loved having the conviences of being right by the park. Short walk through downtown Disney to get to the parks. Ted was very prompt in answering all of our questions. The condo had all of the amenities we needed. Loved having garage parking and a stroller already there. The kids liked the Disney theme and bunk beds. Would definitely stay here again.
