The home features 2 1/2 bathrooms: a private master bath, a shared hallway bath, and a half bath for added convenience.

The Space

Bedrooms

• Master Bedroom: Relax in a king-sized bed with luxurious linens and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The room includes an en-suite private bathroom for your convenience.
• Second Bedroom: A cozy queen-sized bed awaits in this charming room, with easy access to the shared hallway bathroom.
• Kids’ Bedroom: A playful bunk bed (twin over full) brings extra fun for little ones, with plenty of space to dream big after a day of adventures.
• Living Room: The sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for larger groups.

Living Room

Relax and recharge on the cozy sofa bed in the living room, offering extra space for any extra travelers who may join your space mission.

Bathrooms:

The home includes 2 1/2(1 private master bath + 1 shared hallway bath+ 1/2 bath).

• Master Bathroom: En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• Hallway Bathroom: A shared full bathroom with a relaxing tub.
• Half Bathroom: Conveniently located on the main floor.

• Poolside seating to catch the nightly Disneyland fireworks

 Parking & Facilities:

• Free parking on premises (1 complimentary parking garage, additional parking for a fee)
• Community pool and spa.
• Self-check-in with a secure keypad (Check yourself into the home with a door code).

 City Requirements

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM (outdoor spaces like patios and the backyard are off-limits during this time).
• First night check in time, no later than 10:00 PM
• No Parties or Gatherings: To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, events and gatherings are not permitted.
• City of Anaheim Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT): 15%
• Reservation Agreement: An electronic agreement is required for the  booking completion. .
• Minimum Age: Primary guest must be 23 years or older.
• Occupancy: Max occupancy of 9 (including children and infants). Daytime visitors are included in this total.

House Rules

• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly forbidden on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Any violations will incur a $500 fine.
• Cancellation Fees:
  • More than 60 days: Full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Less than 60 days (60-0 days): No Refunds

• Deposit: $500 STR Rules Deposit (fully refundable if all rules are followed).

Guest Access

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. First night check in no later than 10:00 PM. A personalized key code ensures easy self-check-in and security throughout your stay.
