Welcome to our home called the MagicwayVilla+ Mickey’s Pool Club-house at Anaheim Disneyland.

Fun remodeled single-family home with a pool and large yard.

Our Disney-themed House is a little over half a mile from Disneyland, only a 10-minute walk! With space for the entire family, our house is the perfect place to enjoy your Disney family vacation. Enjoy your own private gated pool and watch the fireworks from the back of the yard – your time at Magicway House is sure to create magical memories for the entire family!
This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has just been completely remodeled with families in mind. The Master bedroom has TWO comfortable queen-sized beds and a 42″ LED TV, DVD and is beautifully furnished. Next to the master is a fun Disney-themed kid’s bedroom with TWO bunk beds (twin over full and trundle), PlayStation, TV, and games. The third bedroom also has a large queen bed that is elegantly appointed. The fourth bedroom has a day bed overlooking the beautiful pool/

Our brand new living area has a huge 55 inch LG TV, blue-ray player, free WiFi, and a Wii with several games. A cable subscription with the Disney channel is also available so you and the kids won’t miss your favorite shows and games while you’re on vacation. You can also connect to Netflix through our blue-ray player or watch one of our favorite Disney DVD movies! The modern kitchen has all the conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, and pots and pans to help make a home-cooked meal. We even have a pancake maker and a griddle. Plates, utensils, cookware, children’s plates and utensils, a crock-pot, coffee pot, and more are all there for your use. A highchair and booster seat are also provided. Outside you will find a sparkling gated pool. A BBQ and patio set is also available in the backyard so you can grill up your favorite burgers and hot dogs while watching the kids swim. In the garage, you will find a brand new Electrolux front loader washer and dryer for your use.

A keypad entry makes it easy for guests to get in and out of the house. There is no need to pick up a key so you are flexible to arrive when it is convenient for you. Plus you can make your own personal code so there won’t be any worry of getting locked out or wondering where you placed the key. The key codes are individually coded for you during your stay for your security.

City Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Patio, Hot Tub, and Back Yard are off-limits during these times.

Max Occupancy – 11 individuals including infants and daytime visitors

Parking/Max Vehicle Count – 2 vehicles MAX in driveway must not block the sidewalk and 2 Vehicles in the garage. And NO street parking is allowed.

Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

Recording cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and back-yard area.

NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home at any time. No tobacco, NO vaping, and NO marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed.

Guests will need to fill out an electronic Rental Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after they book.

Once we receive your reservation request, we will either accept or deny your reservation request within 24 hours. Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund 60 or more days prior to arrival – Cancellation processing fee applies

Cancellation processing fee:
90 or more days prior to arrival – $100 cancellation fee
61 – 89 days prior to arrival – $300 cancellation fee
60 – 0 days prior to arrival – No Refunds / No Change of Dates

**Optional Pool Heating or Spa Heating**
Pool – Additional costs apply for heating.
Spa – Additional costs apply for heating.

For pool heating or spa heating, guests are required to let us know at least 24-48 hours prior to the arrival date.
