The Space

Bedrooms:

• Master Suite: Enjoy ultimate relaxation in this spacious master suite, featuring a king-sized bed and a crib for the littlest adventurers. The en-suite bathroom provides the perfect place to refresh after a busy day.
• Second Bedroom: Ideal for couples or friends, this cozy room offers a queen-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep.
• Third Bedroom: Perfect for solo travelers or couples, this room boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed.
• Fourth Bedroom: Designed for friends or family, this room features two queen-sized beds, ensuring everyone has a place to rest.
• Fifth Bedroom: Adventure awaits in this playful room, featuring a bunk bed with a twin mattress on top and a full-sized mattress below, along with a trundle bed for additional space.

Living Room

Relax and recharge on the cozy sofa bed in the living room, offering extra space for any extra travelers who may join your space mission.

Bathrooms:

• Master Bathroom: A sleek, modern bathroom with a convenient shower to kickstart your day.
• Hallway Bathrooms: Two additional bathrooms with tubs, ideal for winding down after your Disney adventures.

Spa

Unwind in the hot tub, a relaxing retreat. Optional heating is available for added comfort (additional fee applies).You will definitely have a refreshing dip during the day, this outdoor space will be one of the standout features of your stay.

Kids’ Paradise: Ground-Splash Water Fun Awaits! 

Let the laughter and joy flow at our one-of-a-kind interactive splash pad! Designed with families in mind, this fun-filled water feature sends playful jets of water bursting up from the ground, creating an exciting and safe space for your kids to run, jump, and giggle as they play.

Whether they’re racing through the water, dancing in the mist, or simply cooling off under the gentle sprays, this splash pad promises endless hours of entertainment and smiles.

Parking & Facilities:

• Free parking on premises 5 in total (3 in the driveway and 2 in the garage)
• Private entrance with a separate street or building entrance
• Self-check-in with a secure keypad (Check yourself into the home with a door code).

House Rules & Policies

• Quiet Hours: From 10 PM to 9 AM (city-mandated). Outdoor spaces are off-limits during this time.
• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly forbidden on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Any violations will incur a $500 fine.
• No Parties or Gatherings: To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, events and gatherings are not permitted.
• Parking: Accommodations for 5 vehicles (3 in the driveway, 2 in the garage). No street parking, RVs, or trailers are allowed.

City Requirements

• Age Requirement: Guests must be 23 to book.
• First night check in time, no later than 10:00 PM
• Occupancy: Max occupancy of 16 (including children and infants). Daytime visitors are included in this total.
• Reservation Agreement: An electronic agreement will be sent for completion after booking.
• Security Cameras: Cameras are installed at the driveway, front entrance, and backyard for your safety.

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 60 days: Full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
• Less than 60 days(60-0 days): No refunds.

Guest Access:

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. First night check in no later than 10:00 PM. A personalized key code ensures easy self-check-in and security throughout your stay.
