Welcome to Mickey’s Pool & Spa Clubhouse, a delightful single-story, single-family home just a 1.1-mile walk from Downtown Disney! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is ideal for families and groups looking to make lasting memories. With a private pool, hot tub, and all the comforts of home, you’ll experience the perfect mix of Disney magic and relaxation.

The Space:

• Bedroom 1: This spacious bedroom features two cozy queen-sized beds, offering ample room for families or friends to relax and sleep comfortably and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.
• Bedroom 2: Perfect for children or larger groups, this bedroom is furnished with two bunk beds with trundle, offering flexible sleeping options for everyone.
• Bedroom 3: A restful retreat with a plush queen-sized bed, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep for couples or solo travelers.
• Bedroom 4: This elegant room features a king-sized bed for ultimate comfort, complemented by a charming day bed—perfect for additional guests or lounging.

Bathrooms:

The home includes 3 beautifully appointed bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms feature relaxing tubs, and the master bathroom is equipped with a sleek, modern shower.

Private Pool & Spa

Unwind in your private, gated pool and hot tub. For extra comfort, optional heating is available for either the pool or the hot tub (additional fee applies). However, please note that both cannot be heated at the same time. Let us know your preference in advance to enhance your stay!

• Fence pool & hot tub (Heating at additional cost)
• Self-check-in with a secure keypad (Check yourself into the home with a door code).

House Rules & Policies

• Quiet Hours: From 10 PM to 9 AM (city-mandated). Outdoor spaces are off-limits during this time.
• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly forbidden on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Any violations will incur a $500 fine.
• No Parties or Gatherings: To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, events and gatherings are not permitted.
• Parking: Accommodations for 5 vehicles (3 in the driveway and 2 in the garage). No street parking, RVs, or trailers are allowed.

City Requirements

• Age Requirement: Guests must be 23 to book.
• Occupancy: Max occupancy of 13 (including children and infants). Daytime visitors are included in this total.
• Reservation Agreement: An electronic agreement is required for the  booking completion. 
• 15% Lodging Tax: Added to the reservation total prior to confirmation.
• Security Cameras: Cameras are installed at the driveway, front entrance, and backyard for your safety.

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 60 days: Full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
• Less than 60 days(60-0 days): No refunds.

Guest Access:

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. First night check in no later than 10:00 PM. A personalized key code ensures easy self-check-in and security throughout your stay.
