This single-story, single-family home features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private pool with hot tub (additional heating fee). It’s the perfect getaway for families or groups seeking relaxation and magical memories.

The Space

This charming 5-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests, blending luxurious comfort with the adventure of a lion-inspired theme. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, sharing a meal, or resting after a day at Disney, this house is designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind.

Master Suite: A king-sized bed, a crib and private en-suite bathroom with a shower makes this room an ideal choice for parents with young children.

Second Bedroom: Cozy and inviting, with a queen-sized bed perfect for family members or friends.

Third Bedroom:A serene sanctuary with a queen-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a sleek shower.

Fourth Bedroom: Designed for little adventurers, it features a bunk bed with a trundle, offering plenty of sleeping space.

Fifth Bedroom: Includes another bunk bed with a trundle, providing additional flexibility for groups.

Living Room

Relax and recharge on the cozy sofa bed in the living room, offering extra space for any extra travelers who may join your space mission.

Bathrooms:

• Master Bathroom: Equipped with a modern shower for a refreshing start to your day.
• Hallway Bathrooms: Both feature relaxing tubs, perfect for unwinding after a magical day at Disney.

Private Pool & Spa

Unwind in your private, gated pool and hot tub. For extra comfort, optional heating is available for either the pool or the hot tub (additional fee applies). However, please note that both cannot be heated at the same time. Let us know your preference in advance to enhance your stay!

Parking and Facilities

  • Self-check-in with a secure keypad (Check yourself into the home with a door code).

House Rules & Policies

• Quiet Hours: From 10 PM to 9 AM (city-mandated). Outdoor spaces are off-limits during this time.
• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly forbidden on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Any violations will incur a $500 fine.
• No Parties or Gatherings: To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, events and gatherings are not permitted.
• Parking: Accommodations for 5 vehicles (3 in the garage, 2 in the driveway). No street parking, RVs, or trailers are allowed.

City Requirements

• Age Requirement: Guests must be 23 to book.
• First night check in time, no later than 10:00 PM
• Occupancy: Max occupancy of 13 (including children and infants). Daytime visitors are included in this total.
• Reservation Agreement: An electronic agreement is required for the  booking completion. 
• 15% Lodging Tax: Added to the reservation total prior to confirmation.
• Security Cameras: Cameras are installed at the driveway, front entrance, and backyard for your safety.

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 60 days: Full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
• Less than 60 days(60-0 days): No refunds.

Guest Access

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. First night check in no later than 10:00 PM. A personalized key code ensures easy self-check-in and security throughout your stay.
