With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this spacious retreat is perfect for families and groups seeking comfort and convenience. Ideally located near the theme parks and Convention Center, it offers the perfect home base for your magical getaway.

The Space

Our home is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, offering 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, this is the perfect spot to create unforgettable memories.

  • Master Suite: Relax in the spacious master suite, featuring a luxurious queen-sized bed and private en-suite bathroom with a shower. It’s the perfect retreat after a day of Disney fun.
  • Second Bedroom: A comfortable queen bed combined with a bunk bed (twin over full) makes this room ideal for kids or friends traveling together.
  • Third Bedroom: Perfect for couples or solo travelers, this bedroom features a king bed and a crib for the little ones.
  • Fourth Bedroom: Another cozy room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a sofa bed, offering plenty of space for multiple guests.
  • Fifth Bedroom: The fifth bedroom, features a comfortable king-sized bed and a cozy couch for additional seating. This room offers a peaceful retreat with plenty of space, perfect for those who prefer a bit more privacy and comfort.

Bathrooms

The home includes 3 beautifully appointed bathrooms.

  • Master Bath: Featuring a refreshing shower, the master bathroom provides the perfect way to unwind.
  • Hallway Baths: Two additional bathrooms with tubs, ideal for relaxing after a long day at the parks.

Private Pool 

Relax and unwind in your private, gated pool, ideal for guests of all ages. During the day, this outdoor space will be a memorable highlight of your stay.

Guest Guide: Facilities & Security

Parking & Facilities:

  • Free parking on premises (2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage)
  • Private entrance with a separate street or building entrance
  • Self-check-in with a secure keypad (Check yourself into the home with a door code).

House Rules & Policies

  • Quiet Hours: From 10 PM to 9 AM (city-mandated). Outdoor spaces are off-limits during this time.
  • Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly forbidden on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Any violations will incur a $500 fine.
  • No Parties or Gatherings: To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, events and gatherings are not permitted.
  • Parking: Accommodations for 4 vehicles (2 in the driveway, 2 in the garage). No street parking, RVs, or trailers are allowed.

City Requirements

  • Age Requirement: Guests must be 23 to book.
  • First night check in time, no later than 10:00 PM
  • Occupancy: Max occupancy of 13 (including children and infants). Daytime visitors are included in this total.
  • Reservation Agreement: An electronic agreement is required for the booking completion. 
  • 15% Lodging Tax: Added to the reservation total prior to confirmation.
  • Security Cameras: Cameras are installed at the driveway, front entrance, and backyard for your safety.

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 60 days: Full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Less than 60 days(60-0 days): No refunds.

Guest Access:

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. First night check in no later than 10:00 PM. A personalized key code ensures easy self-check-in and security throughout your stay.
